The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of the mountains. The breakfast and dinner were amazing, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. I also loved the heated swimming pool and sauna, perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing.
The internet connection was also very poor and almost non-existent. Despite the friendly staff, the service was slow and not very attentive.

the staff was kind and accommodating, even offering special meals for those with dietary restrictions. the room was clean and spacious with a balcony and great view of the mountains. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and evening meals included in the room price. Facilities like the pool and sauna were also great bonuses that we enjoyed.
The hotel did not have a strong wifi connection in the rooms, requiring us to go to the reception area to use it.

Great view from the room with a balcony, and the WiFi was reliable throughout the hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to various shops and restaurants in the area. the staff was helpful and friendly when it came to assisting us with directions.
The food was not up to our expectations. Although there was a variety of options available, the quality lacked the freshness we expected.
